I am the oldest player on the team but not the best. I think that i am a good defender but not good enought to do it as a career. I am a quite average player for Fred Town F.C. I depend on the help of people like Andrew Macpherson, Ian Brown and Phillip Thompson to help me at the back. I played well in our first game against Usworth, but I was accused of fouling a player but I did not. I am the only one on the team that has left school and i am now at college.

Hello Fred Town fans. I play in midfield or defence, but often find myself sneaking up front. I engjoy playing for Fred Town and was delighted with my first goal against Spall. Fred Town are a team that play fast flowing quality football (in the words of Ruud Gullitt 'Sexy Football'). We are lead by the inspirational 'Captain Motthew', but he is pondering over a new contract. I am assigned to Fred Town for life and my 11 year contract shows this.

My name is MAtthew WArd and I am the one and only captain of Fred Town F.C. I am of 16 years of age and find myself in a major dilemma in the very early stages of the football team. I am considering retiring as I feel as though my best days are behind me and that my peak can never be repeated. I felt confident against Usworth in the first half and contributed to the game well with help from team players. I also felt as though I did well in the 1st half against Spall making a very important tackle however in the second half I was poo. If I leave I know I will be severly missed as I must I do hold the title well as "Captain Motty" and I will take great care in deciding my fate and indeed the fate of Fred Town.

Hello fellow fred towners, i am ian. I play in the 'fat position', which i created myself (I am very proud). I am quite a good 'fat positioner', as i do not have to run around alot. (I am hoping to get a bit fitter for the new season !!). Now and again, i go up for corners, or help the midfeild. I am placed just in front of the defence, and need to drop back a lot to cover our influencial captain Motthew Word, who is always taking out young players (under the age of 8). I also help out with the rest of the defence. I enjoy playing for Fred Town, and hope to play well in the new season !! BYE !!

"I am a versatile player who can play in defence, midfield or up-front. It's lucky for me that I am quite versatile because when I play infront of Motthew I need to defend quite a bit. Motty isn't the best defender in the World and so I need to do alot of work. And just so I don't offend anyone else, I'm not the only one who helps Motthew. I really love playing football and I think that right midfield is my favourite position even though right back is my strongest position. One reason why I like playing right midfield is that I get to run up and down the line and get forward and have a few shots. One problem is that now, after stopping swimming I have became quite fat and unfit and so I get tired quickly. During my two games I enjoyed the first game and in that game I had my first shot. You may think I am a bit stupid (unless you know me), but I had a shot from near the half way line and I hit the bar. It was quite a good shot."
